Knockout is a permanent game mode in Mahjong Social where 4 players compete in a series of rounds. Itβs a great alternative to the classic tournament style, offering a more competitive experience without any entry fees or separate rankings.
π How it Works

All 4 players play simultaneously on the same board layout.

Each round, the player with the lowest score is eliminated.

After 3 rounds, only one winner remains!
Scoring is based on tile pairs removed:

Each valid pair: +1 point

Bonus points for clearing the board
π§ Freeze Spell in Knockout
Using the Freeze spell in this mode:

Affects all other players unless they have a Freeze Shield active.

Freeze still lasts 20 seconds and blocks tile selection for those affected.
Use it wisely to gain an edge when competition is tight!
