What do you need to know about purchases?

Purchases in the game go through two automatic stages: first, the money is credited to the social network page, and then it is transferred to our server for payment. These stages usually happen simultaneously and unnoticed by the player, but we do not directly accept money from players: the social network serves as the payment system in this case. Sometimes, during purchases, there may be delays at one of the stages:

• processing delay by the bank (the social network currency is not purchased),
• the social network currency is not transferred to our server,
• or the currency has reached our server but the magic credit is delayed.

Normally, the purchase comes quickly, but delays can last up to 24 hours. Therefore, if the purchase does not come immediately, you need to wait.

What can you do if the purchase does not come?

• First, check if the money has been debited from your card, or if the money is only reserved (frozen in the account) and the transaction is pending.
• If the money has been debited and there is no currency on the page, then you should contact the game support and provide them with the following data: the date and time of the payment, what exactly was purchased in the game (the name of the sale or the amount of resources in the purchase), and the transaction number.
